YUHONG® YHMSroof-8023
YHMSroof-8023 is a single-component, solvent-free, cold-applied, moisture-cured, silane-modifiedpolyether waterproof coating. It utilizes acrylic hybrid silane-modified polyether as the base polymer, combined with special additives, fillers, pigments, and catalysts. Its most notable feature is the single-layer moisture-curing mechanism, which forms a 2.0mm-thick film in one application, enabling the product to function as a multifunctional waterproofing solution for waterproofing, sealing, and crack-filling, such as cool roof coating, bonding adhesive for fleece-backed TPO membrane, and detailing work as crack-filling or membrane termination. The extremely low VOC property enables it to be suitable for applications with limited ventilation or sensitivity to odor.

Multi-functional: Combines waterproofing, sealing, and crack-filling functions. It can be used as a membrane waterproofing layer, repair substrate cracks, and seal details such as pipelines. -
Excellent Weather Resistance: Based on acrylic hybrid silane-modified technology, it offers outstanding UV resistance and weather durability, making it suitable for long-term exposure. -
Superior Application Performance: Cold-applied, fast-curing, with a single application achieving over 2.0 mm thickness. It is bubble-free, resistant to early rain, and can withstand long-term water accumulation. -
Excellent Comprehensive Performance: Suitable for regions with large temperature variations. It is crack-free, non-shrinking, high-strength, heat-resistant, aging-resistant, with low-temperature flexibility down to -40℃ and low water absorption (1.9%). -
Excellent Substrate and Slope Adaptability: Compatible with various substrates such as concrete, stone, wood, and metal, as well as materials like insulation boards, polyurethane, and asphalt. One coat of 1.5mm does not sag.
